1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and sd99 ("sd99", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of the sd99 platform available at sd99.club, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, and associated services.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity on sd99, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the sd99 platform and should close your account immediately.

sd99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the sd99 platform following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

sd99 operates as an online entertainment platform offering casino games and sports betting. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing or using the sd99 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. sd99 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in all locations. Players based in jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited access the platform at their own legal risk.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To participate in any real-money game or betting activity on sd99, you must first register a player account. Registration is free of charge. By completing registration, you warrant and represent the following:

• You are at least 18 years of age. sd99 enforces a strict minimum age policy and conducts age verification checks. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately and permanently suspended, and all funds held in that account will be subject to confiscation.
• You are registering as an individual acting in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party.
• All personal information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number — is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are not a resident of, or located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded from sd99 or had an account suspended for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of sd99 or any of its affiliated game providers.

sd99 enforces a strict one account per person policy. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

sd99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on sd99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). sd99 does not currently facilitate transactions in foreign currencies. Players are not subject to currency conversion fees when depositing or withdrawing in BDT.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. Card payments via Visa and Mastercard may be accepted subject to availability. sd99 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Withdrawal requests are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next available processing window. sd99 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals that exceed standard thresholds.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. sd99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts, or payment methods not registered in your name. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering.

4 Bonus & Promotions Policy

sd99 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each individual promotion. The following general bonus conditions apply across all sd99 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion description.
• Minimum Odds: Bets placed using bonus funds in the sports betting section must meet minimum odds thresholds as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold will not count towards wagering requirements.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been claimed or wagered within the stated time limit will be automatically forfeited without notice.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: When playing with an active bonus balance, a maximum single bet or stake limit applies. Placing bets that exceed this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward bonus wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, crash games, and sports bets may contribute at different rates. Full contribution tables are provided within individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in a player account at any time. Accepting a new bonus while one is still active will result in the existing bonus being forfeited.

sd99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Suspected abuse of the sd99 bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, using irregular betting patterns to exploit promotions, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

5 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the sd99 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in compliance with these Terms and any applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sd99:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any form of fraud, deception, or misrepresentation directed at sd99 or other players on the platform, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, payment reversal schemes, and identity theft.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in games where collusion would provide an unfair advantage, including sharing hole cards in poker, coordinating bets in live games, or any other scheme designed to exploit game mechanics.
• Use of Automated Systems: Using any bot, script, macro, automated software, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the sd99 platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or gain any advantage not available to human players.
• Exploiting Technical Errors: Taking advantage of any software bug, technical error, pricing mistake, or miscalculated odds to place bets or claim winnings that would not have been available under normal operating conditions. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Abusive Behaviour: Threatening, harassing, or abusing sd99 staff or other platform users through any communication channel, including the live chat support system.
• Unlawful Activity: Using the sd99 platform for any purpose that violates applicable Bangladeshi law or the laws of your personal jurisdiction, including money laundering or financing of terrorism.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing, facilitating, or failing to prevent a person under 18 years of age from accessing your sd99 account or using your account details to gamble.

Violations of these user obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, confiscation of account balance, and where legally required, reporting to law enforcement authorities. sd99's determination of whether a violation has occurred is final and binding.

6 Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the sd99 platform — including but not limited to the sd99 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other audiovisual content — is the intellectual property of sd99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sd99 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any sd99 content without express written permission.
• Use the sd99 brand name, logo, or any other sd99 trademark in any context that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any sd99 software or game engine.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any portion of the sd99 website on any other platform or website.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by sd99 under valid commercial licence agreements. Any unauthorised reproduction of game content is a breach of those studios' intellectual property rights as well as these Terms.

7 Liability & Disclaimer

The sd99 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While sd99 makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and accuracy of information, sd99 does not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Any information, data, or content on the platform is accurate, complete, or up to date at all times.
• Odds, game results, or sporting event outcomes will always be correctly reflected in real time due to data feed latency or technical limitations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sd99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the sd99 platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of anticipated winnings.

sd99 does not accept any liability for failures of third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay, including delays, outages, or errors occurring within those providers' own systems. In the event of a payment provider failure, sd99 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue but cannot guarantee specific resolution timelines.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet — including but not limited to a disconnection during a live casino hand or a system error that incorrectly settles a sports bet — sd99 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the stake amount. This is the sole remedy available in such circumstances; no additional compensation will be provided.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

sd99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity verification or provide requested documentation within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Reasonable suspicion that an account is being operated by an automated system rather than a human player.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, your balance will be held and will not be accessible during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, sd99 reserves the right to confiscate part or all of the account balance. If no breach is found, the account will be reinstated and the balance released.

If you wish to close your own account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting the sd99 support team at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method after applicable verification checks are completed, provided no outstanding bonus wagering obligations remain unsatisfied.

Players who self-exclude through the Responsible Gaming tools will have their accounts suspended for the duration of the self-exclusion period. Requests to reinstate a self-excluded account before the exclusion period expires will not be actioned. Upon expiry of the self-exclusion period, reinstatement requires a formal written request and a mandatory cooling-off period before access is restored.
